The T.A.E. Private Facebook group is a community supported group for paid members of The Artist Entrepreneur Program.
I'd like to start off by saying Welcome to the Group! I am are very excited you are here! This is a place to share insights, tips, questions, answers, and most importantly, support for one another along this artist entrepreneurial journey. You are not alone! Myself and other students are here for you!
This group is community supported, which means good things will come your way if you jump in and help your fellow entrepreneur :-) Also, every week I will be live on video inside the group for an interactive Q&A session.
I have started this community to support and educate. This is a closed group so you can feel safe in confident in knowing that I strive to preserve the quality of the group at all times, which is why these rules have been developed and are enforced on a daily basis.
So, let's go over them now;
1. NO SELF PROMO
No self-promotion is allowed. What is considered self-promotion?
- Selling Anything – products, services, events…anything that feeds your wallet.
- Posting affiliate links
- Posting your own content in the group and not in a specific (and relevant) thread
- Posting “free” offers of your own product or service
2. #ASK #WINS #SHARE
As a way to help make this group easily searchable, any time you post within the group, please use one of these three categories: #ASK, #WINS, #SHARE
#ASK = Any question you may have about your business or about Jane's program that has you stumped.
Also, one friendly reminder: When asking a question make sure to keep it short and sweet. The longer the question is, the less likely it is that it will get attention.
#WINS = Any wins you are celebrating OR any fellow members you wish to feature and celebrate. I want to feature people within the group! Give shoutouts! Share your accomplishments! Be proud of the work you’re doing! I want to hear all BIG and SMALL wins!
#SHARE = Any tips, strategies, lessons, or insights you have learned along the way. Help each other out! This is a community run group, so offer feedback and insight whenever possible.
3. BE KIND
Treat others how you wish yourself to be treated: If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it at all. I do not allow personal attacks, calling people out, or complaints around how someone chooses to build or grow their business. Just be nice. It’s that simple.

Provide genuine and helpful feedback and suggestions to others.

- Be the kind of supportive friend that you would want and need on your entrepreneurial journey.

I want this group to make an impact on your entrepreneurial success. I want you to grow your business and yourself. Myself and fellow students want to be here to support you along the way. Here are just a few more tips to help you get the most from this group:
Show Up Daily While I don’t want you spending your entire day immersed the group, (because then you’re not building your business), checking in every day can help you gain insight and knowledge. Set a specific amount of time each day to spend in the group and then head back to work!
Set Your Calendar as I will be live on video inside the group every Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) unless otherwise noted. Although these live sessions will be recorded and accessible in the group, there’s something extra powerful when you show up live. So if possible, mark your calendar and make it a habit to be there live!
Sharing is Caring We want you to share your thoughts, ask insightful questions, and you will be asked in advance to submit questions a few days before each live session occurs.
